Course sizes are restricted to no more than 5 delegates, which ensures that you receive a personalised and relevant training experience.
How does public virtual training work?
You simply join your online training event at the prearranged date & time, using a link which we email to you. Once in the virtual training room, you will be able to see the tutor’s live demonstrations and be guided step by step through each exercise, just as you would face to face. You will also be able to share your own desktop and speak with the tutor who can coach you individually as required. Training is delivered using the popular MS Teams platform, however Zoom can also be used if preferred.
What equipment do I need?
All you need to take part in live virtual online training is a PC or laptop with a microphone and speakers or headphones / earbuds. A webcam is not essential, although you are very welcome to use one if you wish. Your tutor will use a webcam throughout the training. Most laptops now come equipped with everything that you need and taking part in virtual online training is now simple and fuss free.
Can I interact with public virtual training?
Absolutely and this is one of the big advantages of tutor-led live training. You will be able to ask questions at any point, just as you would in a public classroom situation. We keep all of our public virtual classes to a maximum of 5 learners to ensure that everyone receives as much personal tuition as needed.
How long are virtual training sessions?
Tutor-led public online Microsoft training courses are available for Excel, PowerPoint & Word. They are delivered as 3 hour sessions and cover topics for beginners, right up to advanced levels.
